Based on speaking with a Shellharbour Skin Expert they will prescribe products that are suited to your needs. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Pre-paid Treatments / packages
All prepaid skin treatments/packages have a two-year expiry from the date of purchase.
Please be certain of the services you are purchasing. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for a change of mind.
A deposit payment of $55.00 is required to confirm your appointment for any dermal skin treatment and cosmetic injectables. Failure to pay the deposit at the time of booking will result in the appointment being cancelled unless other arrangements are made. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to keep your deposit for our time taken.
Excluding complimentary consultations general medicine services – skin cancer services.
Any appointments longer than 1.5 hours will require placing a 50% deposit on that service and time slot. The booking deposit is non-refundable however if more than 24 hours notice is provided for any appointment changes we will credit your account with your deposit to be used at a later date.
We understand that circumstances change quickly, and you may not be able to attend your appointment, any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time can be re-booked at no additional cost.
To help you remember we will send an SMS first to confirm your appointment 24 hours prior. If you do not respond, we will then attempt a phone call. If you have not confirmed your appointment, we will treat this as a cancellation and allow the opportunity for wait-listed patients to utilise that appointment time.
