1. Validity

  • Gift vouchers purchased for value are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Prepaid treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Expired vouchers or packages will not be honoured. No extensions or exceptions will be granted.

2. Promotional Vouchers

  • Promotional or complimentary vouchers provided free of charge, or issued as part of a marketing campaign, event, or competition, may have shorter expiry dates as specified on the voucher.
  • Promotional vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • They cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

3. Redemption

  • Vouchers and packages can only be redeemed in-clinic for services or retail products.
  • They cannot be redeemed online, exchanged for cash, or transferred to other patients.
  • Vouchers and packages cannot be applied to:
    i. Services covered by Medicare
    ii. Cosmetic removal of skin tags, cysts, moles, seborrhoeic keratoses, or other excluded procedures as determined by the Clinic.
  • If a voucher or package is redeemed for a service of lesser value, the balance will remain available until the expiry date. No refunds or cash credits will be issued.

4. Appointment Cancellations and Forfeiture

  • If a voucher or prepaid package is used to secure an appointment, failure to attend or cancellation within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of that treatment or the voucher value.
  • No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided for forfeited vouchers or packages.

5. Sales and Refund Policy

  • All sales of vouchers and packages are final. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or services.
  • Patients are responsible for ensuring they select the correct service, product, or package before purchase.
  • Refunds or exchanges are only provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. where a service or product is defective or not provided with due care and skill).

6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

  • Shellharbour Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
  • Replacement vouchers may be issued at the discretion of Shellharbour Skin management if proof of purchase is provided.

7. Clinic Rights

  • Shellharbour Skin reserves the right to reject voucher use for services outside these terms and conditions.
  • The Clinic may cancel vouchers or packages found to be used in breach of these conditions.
  • Disputes relating to vouchers or packages will be reviewed at the discretion of Shellharbour Skin management.

8. Amendments

  • Shellharbour Skin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Clinic’s website or communicated to customers in writing.

9. Redemption Process

  • To redeem a voucher for a service, book online at shellharbourskin.com.au or call the clinic on (02) 4249 2860.
  • For product purchases, vouchers may be redeemed in-clinic only by presenting the voucher code at reception.
