Gift voucher terms and conditions
- Shellharbour Skin gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers can be redeemed for cosmeceutical products and Dermal Skin Treatments and aesthetic cosmetic injectables.
- Shellharbour Skin Gift Voucher and E-Gift Vouchers cannot be used for any general medicine consultations and procedures. Incl. skin cancer consultations and procedures or any related to under the Medicare umbrella.
- Shellharbour Skin Gift Vouchers and e-Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift voucher).
- Shellharbour Skin Gift vouchers and e-Gift vouchers are the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, cards will not be replaced.
- Gift vouchers and e-Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
- Expired Gift vouchers and e-Gift vouchers do not retain any value.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Voucher and e-Gift voucher.
- E-gift vouchers are automatically emailed to the requested email address.
- We can provide a physical gift voucher and post upon request within NSW, Illawarra region for a delivery fee of $15.00, flat rate.
